Delivery & COD Policy

The website accepts Cash on Delivery requests. Submitting a request does not complete an online payment; our team contacts the customer to verify the order before dispatch.
Delivery charges
- Inside Dhaka: ৳60 per confirmed order.
- Outside Dhaka: ৳130 per confirmed order.
- The checkout summary displays the applicable charge before submission.
Order confirmation
Please provide a reachable Bangladesh mobile number and complete address. We may call or message to confirm product, quantity, total, location and delivery instructions. An unverified request may be held or cancelled.
Delivery timing
Estimated timing depends on confirmation, location, stock, courier operations, weekends, holidays, weather and other circumstances. Our team will provide the best available estimate during confirmation; an estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Receiving the parcel
Check the parcel and product condition promptly. Do not accept a visibly tampered parcel where inspection or courier procedure reasonably allows refusal. Report a damaged, leaking or incorrect item within 48 hours under our Return & Refund Policy.
Failed delivery
Repeated unreachable calls, an incomplete address, refusal after confirmation or absence at delivery may cause cancellation. Where a return-to-origin or repeat-delivery charge applies, our team will explain it before another dispatch.
