COD requests

A website submission is a request, not an automatically accepted sale. An order becomes confirmed only after our team verifies it. We may decline or cancel a request for unavailable stock, incorrect pricing, suspected abuse, unreachable contact or an undeliverable address.

Follow labels, patch test where appropriate and consult a qualified clinician for medical concerns, pregnancy-related questions, severe reactions or prescription treatment.

Acceptable use
