Information we collect

• Order details you submit, including name, phone number, delivery address, area, district, order items and optional note.
• Skin-test report-access contact and questionnaire choices. Selfies and generated visual scores are processed for the requested assessment and are not stored in the owner dashboard.
• Customer reviews and any media you choose to submit.
• Privacy-first website activity such as anonymous session ID, page path, referral source, campaign tags, product views, Add to Cart, checkout and lead events. We do not store a visitor's IP address in our analytics table.

Analytics and advertising tools

We use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel to understand visits and campaign performance. These providers may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. Our first-party analytics records anonymous activity for owner reporting and does not attach browsing history to an order customer's name or phone number.

How we use information

• Receive, verify and fulfil COD requests.
• Provide customer service, skin-routine guidance and fraud prevention.
• Maintain product availability, reviews and website security.
• Measure page performance, advertising results and conversion funnels.
• Send marketing follow-up only where separate consent has been provided.

Retention and security

Skin-test report-access records are retained for up to 90 days. First-party analytics events are designed for a rolling 90-day operational view. Order, finance and customer-service records may be retained longer where reasonably required for fulfilment, disputes, accounting, fraud prevention or applicable law. Access to the owner backend is restricted to approved accounts.

Sharing and your choices

We may share the minimum necessary information with delivery, hosting, analytics, advertising and service providers that help operate the business. We do not sell customer contact information. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by contacting us. Blocking cookies or tracking protection may limit analytics without preventing normal browsing.

Sensitive information

Do not submit medical records, financial credentials or other sensitive information through general website forms. The AI Skin Test is cosmetic guidance, not a medical diagnosis. Seek a qualified clinician for medical concerns.
