    • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 2-3 days of delivery.

    • Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Return Process:

    • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged or incorrect product.

    • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging for verification.

    • After approval, return instructions will be shared.

  • Refund & Replacement:

    • If eligible, you can choose a replacement or a refund.

    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after verification.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective products.
